The policymakers at the top: Central Bank of Central Banks, Bank of International Settlements (BIS), and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
The distributors: NGOs, philanthropists like the World Health Organization (WHO), International Monetary Fund (IMF), etc.
The enforcers: national government and selected scientific authorities.
The propagandists: mainstream media, social media, fact checkers, etc.
The bottom… the public. You and me.
This is the Global Public Private Partnership that has been happening.

The Wellcome Trust was quite literally founded by BigPharma before there even was such a thing as BigPharma:
We were founded in 1936 after the death of Sir Henry Wellcome.
Sir Henry was a pharmaceutical entrepreneur, whose pioneering approach to drug design later inspired the creation of the first leukaemia drug, immune suppressants for organ transplants, and antivirals such as AZT – the first drug approved to treat HIV.
In his will, he left us three important things: his wealth; his collection of historical medical items; and our mission to improve health through research.
Readers of this substack appreciate that AZT like Remdesivir are two of Dr. Mengele 2.0’s favorite murder drugs, with the former literally causing AIDS symptoms and the latter causing COVID-19 symptoms. Both drugs were too deadly for human use, and yet both drugs were “repurposed” as the critical components in both AIDS and COVID-19 “treatments.” Both drugs caused parabolic mortality increases fraudulently ascribed to the diseases, not the actual diseases themselves. Thus, the Wellcome Trust proudly shares on its website that they and their founder have a long history of eugenics and medical murder.
The Wellcome Trust unsurprisingly happen to be advocates of the “climate change” or PSYOP-CLIMATE-CHANGE scam, as well as supporters of the UN’s Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 schemes.

Which brings us to crux of this article: exactly why would a “healthcare research charity” that basically manages its not insignificant assets exactly like hedge funds do ever fund a research study that would expose their entire eugenics operation?
In yesterday’s substack article a team of researchers in a preprint paper showed that students at North American universities who were at risk for disenrollment due to third dose COVID-19 vaccine mandates were essentially being forced to subject themselves to a slow kill bioweapon. Said bioweapon injections were determined to be 98 times worse than the virus itself; to wit:
There is no possible way that the Wellcome Trust and their partners in crime could have not known that this team of expert researchers and doctors would have not exposed the DEATHVAX™ for what it really is in their study.
There is no possible way that the Wellcome Trust and their partners in crime could have not known that the university aged demographic has an infection fatality rate (IFR) of zero.
Thus, there is no possible way that the Wellcome Trust and their partners in crime could have not known that funding this type of research would result in exposing them.

So why would a Cult entity like the Wellcome Trust fund such a devastating study that would completely eviscerate their owners’ “pandemic” and “vaccine” narratives?
This substack has often mentioned that the PSYOP-19 narrative must pivot, and that the mid-level apparatchiks like Pfizer’s CEO Bourla, Birx, Fauci, et al. would at some point be offering their quasi mea culpas and eventually be thrown under the proverbial buses. Bourla and Birx already started hedging their positions, and Fauci recently claimed he did not advise on lockdowns, before flip-flopping several more times and then finally retiring.
This study, while legitimate and conclusively devastating, may just have been funded and soon to be released in peer reviewed scientific journals precisely in order to help build up the counter-narrative that BigPharma, Operation Warp Speed, the NIH and all of the other sacrificial agencies, corporations and organizations are guilty of poisoning the planet with their deadly EUA experimental gene therapies.
The endgame here may very well be to cause a complete schism between society, their governments and the various public health agencies such that violent revolutions are set off. That is when the likes of the WEF and UN can swoop in and offer “solutions” to the very problems that they created. And the Wellcome Trust is a key partner in this Hegelian mass induced outrage that will be channeled against the entire current system.
The eight scientists that conducted the study and confirmed what we all knew regarding booster-induced myocarditis, VAIDS and the plethora of other harms appear to be unimpeachable. They do not seem to have any conflicts of interest whatsoever. The quality of their work is unassailable.
The same cannot be said of the Wellcome Trust. This “healthcare research charity” is one great big tangle of conflicts of interest.
If the Wellcome Trust did not have conflicts of interest, then it would have nothing.
Be suspicious when things seem overly straightforward and always follow the money.

A landmark peer-reviewed study appears to be the first of its kind to provide hard data on the “excess risk” of adverse side effects of Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna mRNA vaccines in an independent “randomized clinical trial.”..
“In the Moderna trial, the excess risk of serious AESIs (15.1 per 10,000 participants) was higher than the risk reduction for COVID-19 hospitalization relative to the placebo group (6.4 per 10,000 participants),” the study found.
“In the Pfizer trial, the excess risk of serious AESIs (10.1 per 10,000) was higher than the risk reduction for COVID-19 hospitalization relative to the placebo group (2.3 per 10,000 participants),” the study added…
The study was published on ScienceDirect on August 31, 2022. The authors include researchers from Stanford University, the University of Maryland, and UCLA.

And it was illegal for Americans to possess more than $100 worth of gold until 1974.
Understand that the inflation we saw in the 1970s and ‘80s was caused by uncontrolled government printing — and spending — of money. But the inflation then was nothing compared to today. In December 2019 I asked a friend if he knew of something I could read to figure out if the climate change narrative was true, or at least how true or not it was. When I reflect back on that question, I actually don’t know why I asked the question, I’m not sure why I thought there was a question in the first place. I was entirely asleep and distracted with life, so why did I have any doubts about that narrative…I’m not sure.
Anyway, he ended asking a friend of his that was previously very senior within the Australian BOM (Bureau of Meteorology) and came back to me with this 20-page pdf:

I think that was the first time that I came to terms with global and coordinated malfeasance. It’s also fair to say that it helped me to consider global malfeasance in March 2020 and accept it as a possibility.

I’ve had an intuition about nuclear for years. It just didn’t make sense to me that the world would on the one hand be claiming an impending climate disaster, an extinction event no less, but then willfully choose to NOT use and develop the one technology that could avoid that extinction event. If it’s that serious, then wouldn’t the supposed risk of nuclear be irrelevant?
If you are certain to die from cancer, but have a 20% chance of dying from a cancer treatment…wouldn’t the treatment be a no-brainer? Yes, it would.

It fits well with the Protocols, which I think are definitely in play.
